Well then just discovered my own mild gender dysphoria or rather have come to understand what I've had for a long time, which might explain why I have chosen female characters in TTRPGs and video games for the last decade and a half.

@Kaysymmetry @Abyss1992 I thought it was just me making decisions like that. My male characters have a tendency of being playful and kind much like myself. And infrequently played because some players make assumptions and it can hurt to be made to feel like you are some kind of animal on the prowl.

@PaganMother @Abyss1992 given the chance to choose characters in video games or create a dnd character, I always went female. Friends used to question me about this frequently, and I always had to try and make up something or deflect from the topic. Not surprising that after I came out, one friend told me that they used to have discussions about me being... different.
