The #breakfast for ex-champions: an omelette with tomatoes, parmesan cheese, spring onion fresh from the garden, ham, salami, salt and pepper, and a wee bit of smoked paprika to add that certain 'je ne sais quoi;' And then, I add asparagus spears, beautifully golden and crispy baby spuds, a tiny bit of white pudding just because I can and garnish with a few chives for some 'pop.' After cooking it, I had to share half with my partner because she said it looked so good.
