@OldRawgabbit my issue with Mastodon is that I don't trust the "instances." I'm me on mastadon.world, but if someone else comes along and wants to use my name on another instance, there doesn't seem to be any way for me to stop it.

@OldRawgabbit Countersocial used to be a mastodon instance, but it was de-federated a few years ago.
