I was really proud when he got the gig. Liam lives in Bala in North Wales, not too far from Bron-Yr-Aur and Plant often used to go round to his place to write & chill.
Liam (who used to be in local Liverpool band Cast) got me backstage passes to meet Plant & co together with The Who at Madison Square Garden years ago... and I couldn't make it! 😔

I refused to see Zep when they came to town in the 70s because I thought $40 was outrageous.😂
I saw Plant back around when this came out at at Riverbend.

Back then it was. I only paid $12,50 to see CSNY, Santana & The Band at Cleveland Stadium.
