Whether Merrick Garland is unable or unwilling to do his job is no longer relevant.
He has failed to bring accountability to those who participated in and those who planned the insurrection.
The only appropriate action he can do now is resign immediately.
His lack of action is a threat to democracy, just as if he were a fascist MAGA republican.
