ok: any americans who want to get out & immigrate to 🇨🇦. 5 things:
1) move to saskatchewan. house & land is cheap as fuck.
2) understand it's colder than a witch's tit in the winter. but you'll have indoor heating.
3) i think you'll be okay w/ the conservatives. americans are pretty conservative compared to cdns.
4) 2 words: free healthcare.
5) understand we have a mini trump who's looking to get elected next yr.
otherwise, housing prices are 😱 elsewhere in the country.

1. CPP and OAS (pensions) will be on the table
2. Healthcare will be completely privatized
3.the Wealthy will be taxed less and everyone else more
4. All climate laws will be repealed
5. No help (vaccines and money) for the next pandemic (and there will be one)
6. Abortion will be illegal again
7. LGBTQ+ rights will be eliminated
8. Christian nationalism will be pushed
also, even if pp wins a majority, i don't think it will be the landslide he wants. the bloc, ndp and liberals can get together to maybe temper his baser impulses.
i don't think we'll lose all the rights for women & gender diverse folks. some, yes. and there will continue to be harassment & villification. but that's been going on for awhile.

i disagree that all those things will happen right away or if he'll have the chance.
there are some things cdns won't allow.
if pp touches cpp and oas, he will not get elected for another term. we still have a lot of old white voters. that would piss them off.
some privatization will happen. but the vast majority of white cdns will never allow tommy douglas' legacy to disappear.
yeah, climate. but as scorched earth increases, economy shuts down & he won't get re-elected.
