There's something off here. Your COSO registered email address isn't showing up as a PRO account, you're not sgowing up as a PRO account. Have you changed your email?
@th3j35t3r @NorthernInvader No, not changed, though I do have another email address that I may have signed up with instead of my CoSo registered address. Can I DM it to you and have you check to see if that's what I did?

As far as I can tell without further information it looks like you have not changed your email address but your COSO registered email address has never been a PRO account.
