This is now my default bread recipe. I've been working on it for a while. I weigh ingredients as it is more accurate than measuring cups.
@NorthernInvader the proportions are similar to what I use for my bread. I also include a small amount of rolled oats and ground flax seed.

@Scott1958 That sounds good. The oats will add some chewiness. I'll be adding some nutritional yeast next time.
