I was just watching a special on Oscar Peterson, arguably one of the greatest pianists of all time, and I couldn't help but remember that his sister Daisy, was my late wife's piano teacher. Daisy also was Oscar's teacher.
One of the great disappointments in my life is never being able to hear Diane play as a car accident, before I knew her, left sitting and playing far too painful for her.
