Yes I think we all have this need and many are still struggling.
Anway, good to have you back.
I've been on the struggle the last 2 weeks. Mainly just down, and a bit bewildered. My routines fell apart and I've been slipping and sliding to get back on top.
Tomorrow I am having to take a trip down to Texas that I don't feel ready for. That said, I finally found the motivation to really get going today. I've cleaned, done laundry, all of that.
Tomorrow, I run before I fly and I cannot wait to get back to it!
I totally understand what you are saying. The last 2 weeks have been brutal and has really thrown everyone into a disorganized frame of mind, which naturally spills over into our daily lives. It sound like you have really fought back to regain your footing and motivation. The trip aside, you dug deep and accomplished what you set out to do today. Maybe after your run tomorrow you'll feel better about the trip. Getting those endorphins going should help! ππ
