#Run Stats!
It's been a weird month and i'm learning some things.
I just ran my fastest 10k at 56:57. I kept my pace between 6.5 and 6.7 mph.
This month my normal routine has been sideways, my eating on the days I've missed gym has been bad, but I've pushed to run at least every other day, and I'm getting faster, and able to push harder
I think if I start focusing on getting a little more calories, that are healthier I'll really make some impressive gains
