@Vozy Foggy, I'm readjusting my schedule again and kind of all over the map but I'm making progress! I had a long meditation session this morning and that helped alot.

Pretty good. I've spent the day so far working on my friends bills and getting his prescriptions straightened out. This has been an occasional thing, but now it looks I'll be doing it all the time. He hasn't completely recovered from the stroke. This stuff confuses him now. Also his medical issues are multiplying exponentially. I'm having to take him to a lot more appointments. I'm having bouts of feeling overwhelmed, but then come back to my breath and keep on keeping on. 🤨
