Stats!

Had a solid day, and plenty of energy to push through. I'm doing an experiment of eating a little bit before I work out to see if it helps me maintain performance.

I'll probably hold at this pattern for a while. 2.5 hours a day, with cardio favored. My focus is on trending fast, doing more distance with the same time.

@NiveusLepus Well done! 😁 I was knackered just carrying the two heavy bags of next year's Christmas gifts around the town centre and back to the car.
