#Gym Stats!
Back to the full two hours! My hamstring was being a little finicky so I slowed down a bit, but still logged a 5 k, on top of a full hour of weights.
I’m feeling confident about my progress, and making steady gains.
I wasn’t going to go today, because of how much my schedule had been disrupted, but I thought about where I wanted to be at the end of my day, as opposed to where I was in that moment.
Consistency counts!
@wolfwoman I have no doubt you can climb the mountain of where you were and make it to a higher peak. People that are older than me and work out are my heroes. I hope the work I’m doing now, will ensure I can be one of those people one day.

When I was 21, I was 370 lbs. Heaviest I ever was, at 40 though I covered 2000 miles on the PCT, and workout almost daily.
Where you are in a moment, is just that a moment, we always have the power to choose a different tomorrow.

@wolfwoman Buddy, you’re a champion too. I wouldn’t be where I am without the people in my life that give me encouragement joy and support, and you are one of those.
