I got some sleep and I am on the bounce! Had a great run this morning, and today I’m meeting a friend from the gym for lunch.
That’s kinda different for me, but I think it will be fun.

@BarelyAwake I am glad to hear you are protecting your heart. There are many troubles in the world, and things that grieve the heart lately.
These things wear me down too, it’s wisdom to know one’s limits. I’ve been very careful with news lately. I kind of armor up and then do a headline raid.
Most people have a little Imposter Syndrome involving their job or their art.
I have it for my entire life. Every thought I have, every opinion I hold, everything I want to say, is subject to second guessing and anxiety. There are so many things I want to say but just can't, so I start to disappear.
@BarelyAwake I have similar struggles I never feel like I’m good enough but I know that feeling isn’t real. It can certainly feel real though! You are the only you we have. There is a unique collection of Life experience wisdom and soul in you that will never come again. Your voice not only matters it’s essential.

Good for you! It does not help the team for anyone to burn out due to over-stress.
I went the opposite direction. Normally I keep my feeds very locked down with mutes and lots of keyword filters.
But when @phase2 went dark due to anti-semitic comments I wasn't seeing, I removed all mutes and blocks (except for a couple who were nasty to me specifically) so that I can see when they get inside the wire.
I don't engage, but I like to get a Report in before they splat.
Oh man, I just couldn't deal with that much anger. I would be an ugly smear across this site if I indulged in unleashing it. And I would have to if I saw it all.

@ceorl @BarelyAwake @phase2 Phase leaving troubles me greatly. I don’t watch the fire hose save for short bursts so I miss a lot of the bad. Some people have come straight unhinged.
When we got out of spooky season I redid my name to reflect my hope and prayer that all nations find peace.
