Gym Stats!

I was all geared up to go hard at it today, but the body just wasn't there. In the past, I would have slogged through, but I'm trying to be a smarter beast, and avoid injury.

So I did a light cardio day, and a normal weight session.

135lbs set on seated row! That's a new personal best for me.

Tomorrow I'll do a light workout at the house before getting ready to travel.
