Workout stats!
I made my app unhappy. It says I'm pushing a bit to hard, but I am trying to be moderate in my run. I'm finally getting back to my runs again and it feels great to do so. I'm going slow, and running on inclines or declines to better simulate a normal running pattern, but I'm hoping by January to be back to the daily 10k
It's so hard in process, but that's part of the joy, overcoming all those things inside that say I can't and that I'm spent
I might slow down, but I won't stop
Now I'm going to cool down before moving onto service meditation.
