Gym stats.

So I am maintaining the gains that I reached this week, and I'm thinking I might bump it 5 or 10 lbs on my initial sets next week.

I'm actually surpassing on some machines where I was when I was riding high in May before I took injured.

@f_gundersen The Coros App. I use a Coros Vertix. It's ultra rugged, and good for when I'm way out in the bush, but it also does well with daily fitness tracking.

Their Training hub app, is absolutely tops and more geared for marathoners, thru-hikers and persistent gym rats.

@NiveusLepus cool, thanks. I use SmartGym atm, which is good for creating and tracking sets, but not that great on intelligent feedback which yours seems to provide. Cheers.
