Generalized anxiety with no discernible source is just humming in the background. I can hardly sit still.
These things are going to happen, and I am ok even if I do not feel ok at the moment.
I might not be able to subvert the anxiety at the moment, but I can hold on to my perspective.

We're down from a low nine to a middle six.
The advice to go outside Lindsey gave me helped. That and letting the waterworks go.
Still elevated off of normal, but I can at least settle a little more.

Hydrate and rest always helps me.
