Generalized anxiety with no discernible source is just humming in the background. I can hardly sit still.

These things are going to happen, and I am ok even if I do not feel ok at the moment.

I might not be able to subvert the anxiety at the moment, but I can hold on to my perspective.

@Idissent you seen a doc bud? It was very hard for me to do. I have a hard time trusting docs and what not but the Buspar helps me.
