Hi @singlemaltgirl Well, that's where is gets complicated. We have a friend who likes to hunt. A couple years ago he had a chance to hunt bear in Alaska. But it was a fall hunt and the bear had been eating lots if Salmon roe. So the meat tasted strongly of Salmon eggs. He and his wife couldn't eat it because they don't like fish. So we got a bunch of ground bear-fish as we call it. So I used that, potatoes and onions with salt, marjoram, rosemary and sage. It was very tasty. 😀
