I have some double-layer cookie sheets. They are the best.
@EileenKCarpenter @kismatt 🤔 Interesting. I’ve never heard of double-layer cookie sheets! Now I must check them out. Online though cuz when I do bake cookies (and it’s not that often). I only make enough for me!

@NewYorkJellybean lol. Cookie sheets have one raised side. Jelly roll/baking sheets have 4 raised sides.
Growing up, these were 100% interchangeable.
