This is not a fake, this is an official statement. The entry into negotiations by the Russians without preconditions. No demilitarization, no territorial claims (here is a question, of course), no denazification. Nothing. I've read it 15 times already and I don't understand what's going on.

@Nadinbrzezinski Zelensky said that negotiations can only take place if: the territorial integrity of Ukraine is restored; Russia compensates Ukraine for all losses from military operations; all war criminals will be punished (well, it’s clear who we are talking about); the UN will be respected and there will be guarantees that Russia will never repeat anything like this again.
