I voted this morning—a somber and emotional activity that felt profound.

Never ever ever will I take voting for granted. I’ve not missed a vote but have forgotten the precious privilege it represents compared to many other countries.

I voted as soon as I got my Ballot in early October.
I have never been so proud of my country as I was when we elected Obama President & then again when Biden/Harris WON. Even though I was nervous as hell.
I hope my country makes me proud again and elects Kamala Harris, The first Woman President
We cannot ever doubt how important our vote is.
I remember my dad putting on his jacket & mom taking off her apron & putting on lipstick to go vote. Experiencing racism in Tejas.They Voted!

@NOliver @Minholkin

You just described my parents as well. It was important to them. It is equally important to me & mine.
