🌪️ The storm’s northeast quadrant has extra vorticity, of atmospheric spin. This brings a tornado risk to the mid-Atlantic.

🌧️ Debby is shoving tropical moisture northward, leading to a flash flood risk across the interior.

🌬️ Strong winds of 40+mph have caused extensive power outages before storms have even started. A wind advisory is in effect.
