Midwest Severe Risk Tuesday
A level 2 out of 5 slight risk of severe weather, which may be upgraded, has been drawn by the Storm Prediction Center for Tuesday. It includes areas from St. Louis to Chicago toward Detroit and Indianapolis. A couple tornadoes possible. Meteorologist Matthew Cappucci has an update.
