Flooding California Rains
An atmospheric river will continue to drench California, bringing strong winds and heavy rainfall. A level 3 out of 4 red zone moderate risk for flash flooding and excessive rainfall has been drawn by the National Weather Service for Los Angeles and Ventura Counties too.
