Increasing Flood Risk in South
A widespread 4 to 8 inches of rain, with localized 10-inch totals, is expected through the end of the week across Texas, the Arklatex, and the lower Mississippi Valley. A level 3 out of 4 red zone flood risk has been issued for much of the area. The flood risk is increasing. MyRadar meteorologist Matthew Cappucci has an update.
