I just want to say hello to all of the newcomers and thanks for following me here. I try to post different things I find interesting— and hope you do, too. Sometimes I post science articles, (particularly environmental science) Sometimes music and poetry or creative endeavors. I’m left of center, politically speaking. I try to be helpful and engage, when possible. Important issues to me are those concerning parents, women, kids and native Americans.

It’s nice that people are trying to help us get this done. Want to say thanks while I’m watching daylight break.

I can say is there are a lot of descendants and I know they have it hard but they are coming together and they are upset by the same actions that have been taken, to date, as we have been.. which is why we have do to do this. We have done the work. We would much rather be able to attend via zoom but without being able to speak, only listen, he needs to stand there and talk to them

To protect women (and others, because you know it won't end there) from the invisible yet pervasive threat of deepfake sexual abuse, we must urgently criminalize not only the sharing but also the creation of non-consensual sexualized deepfakes, thereby safeguarding women's rights to sexual integrity, autonomy, and dignity.

just woke from a very vivid dream. not a fantastical one but a real one that felt like it was another lifetime. i knew all of the people but I don't know them in my life now. i knew them well. we were in another country, using other currency and speaking a language i don't know.

1. Israel hit Syria (alledgedly) and killed key Iranians on April 1.

was it confirmed israel did this and why? how many strikes?

2. Iran retaliated sending 300 missiles back but effectively showin Israel's defense works.

3. Israel promised to strike Iran and di earlier.

4. Iran promisd to hit US bases if the US backs Israel.

5. the US backs Israel 100%
