For most virtual meetings, I prefer for people to have their cameras off.

It's distracting to see people trying to 'look' engaged for 30 minutes to and hour, and I'd prefer them to be entirely focused on listening and thinking about the conversation.

@bityz for me, companies that require 'cameras on' are just instituting more dumb rules 5hat reduce employee productivity and comfort. It's focusing on the wrong things, once again.
