Greetings CoSo. My sister is attempting to join CoSo
She has an account but when she tried to get back in, all she gets is a black screen.
How can I help her?
Is this a phone or computer?
Okay first thing I'm gonna suggest is try a different browser, so we can see if it's a browser thing.

I'm not a Firefox dude, but there's probably somewhere you can whitelist https://counter.social which may fix it.

Maybe clear cache.. And make sure all blockers are off for counter.social?
