Synchrony Bank (Amazon Store Card) Cancellation Process Rating: B

I did have to go to their website incognito so my Amazon wouldn't "Sign Up Now" everywhere. Which is why it only got a B. Otherwise, there is a tab under their contact us for death notification.

You do need the last 4 of the account and the last 4 of the SSN, so have those handy. Also, a copy of the Death Cert. either PDF or JPEG.
