The more I research the Google Stadia death the worse it gets.
Google being the dickheads they are appear to have not told the stadia team they weβre closing the service down.

@MrMalignance Itβs just so frustrating how they shotgunned the idea with little to no planning and just assumed it would work so long as they threw enough cash at it.
I mean fuck they launched the service only a year after GameFly learned streaming was just impossible
@BlastBunny true, true. I wish they had more accountability, but the only way we can vote on services is with our wallets and sharing the information to shame them
@BlastBunny kind of... I mean stadia was more a victim of Google's short attention span than lack of activity
@MrMalignance It was both, they didnβt have many subscribers who could actually use the service and a lot of devs didnβt find it lucrative enough
