FUCK.
They denied her application because her income isn't enough right now. but she submitted tax return for the years to show she does make enough money. I have a 0 credit and 0 debt so I don't qualify and didnt put my name on the application for the loan.
I hate this shit with a passion. #housing .......... Not in a good mood
So when we put the application in a couple weeks ago - the property manager said to my gf's face (i was standing there) "Consider it yours, you should know by friday" so they had her hopes up and all that jazz making it seem like all was good and then called this morning and said denied because income not enough right now - and get this. I asked about re-applying with my name and a co-sign because i make enough to afford the loan and lot rent etc. BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/2
Apparently they have already moved on to a second applicant and we would be behind them in line if we re-applied ~! Didn't even give us a chance to re-apply before moving on to the next person!!!!!!! 30,000 dollar trailer....
Yeah also it grinds my gears they asked us to pay a 90 dollar application fee for the LOT not the trailer even though we are already on another lot in the same park. I'm a little blown. I think they owe me 90 on a matter of principal
@MrGoat this whole fiasco sounds like what is happening up here in 🇨🇦 . Except they are closing trailer parks all over for redevelopment offering people FA for there units...the world is nuts. Will keep you in my thoughts . . The good ones
