FUCK.
They denied her application because her income isn't enough right now. but she submitted tax return for the years to show she does make enough money. I have a 0 credit and 0 debt so I don't qualify and didnt put my name on the application for the loan.
I hate this shit with a passion. #housing .......... Not in a good mood
@MrGoat my son has been going through this too. Made 2k over the rq'd less thsn 30% of monthly income...but denied because he didn't make enough...think the screeners can't do math.
