My fever spiked 101 again so I only have this pic but you’re gonna have to take my word. I browned down and cooked all the veg, added in tomato paste, whole peeled tomatoes, white northern beans, the meat again, more garlic than is good for anyone and the juice of 6 lemons with parsley and seasonings. And now I let it cook down before adding in the ditalini!
