Emboldened By a Trump Win, Misogynists Are Being Loud Online

An X user with more than 100,000 followers wrote, “women threatening sex strikes like LMAO as if you have a say,” and mocked E. Jean Carroll, who Trump sexually abused in the 1990s.

And in a repost of a woman saying she’s “asking for a President who isn’t a rapist,” Tate wrote “REQUEST DENIED.”

@nursefrombirth wait until this inevitably trickles down into younger and younger SM and text message interactions. Wait until your daughter, granddaughter, niece come home from school reluctant to tell you what a boy in her class said, texted, posted, etc. and when you report it nothing changes because no one will ever want to ruin the future of a boy so young. They make mistakes. Boys will be boys. Where will the line be? Our girls are already so at risk.

@MotherDucker According to the party of no core values, there are NO lines and it's pretty freaking sad.
