So. Cinnamon. High levels of lead. I believe these are all cassia cinnamons.. Trying to find out. I eat a LOT of cinnamon. Here are the safest ones.

@TrueBloodNet is this only the case for ground cinnamon? I would imagine whole cinnamon sticks don’t have this issue.
@MotherDucker grinding does not cause the lead. It comes from the soil the trees grow in.
