Does anyone else go to YouTube and watch videos from early COVID to check that it all really happened and to have a solemn ptsd cry while reflecting on that terror and uncertainty and utter devastation?

@MotherDucker I was thinking about the lock-downs today and the desolate loneliness - it sure was hard.
@Zevon I think it’s the whole being a healthcare worker bit that I am hung up on. There was a lot of gaslighting then in the thick of it. And the gaslighting in the fallout. Damn. Never really got to process it in real time without “soldiering on.”
@MotherDucker I can imagine. Thank you for sticking it out to help others survive the pandemic. I hope you can work your way through the buried trauma and feel whole 💚
