I definitely was not expecting my 6yr old to love tofu. We’re making tofu stir fry tonight and I set aside the crispy tofu only to find her grabbing it by the handful when my back was turned. 😅
For our first time ever cooking tofu at home, we nailed it with this recipe. Hubs found a good one.
