@BringBackBuffy yeah, I definitely don't do well with assigned reading. Or blind dates with a book. Lol
@MotherDucker i read a lot, but i prefer to curate my own intake.
A work friend of mine gets 3 different book subscriptions (some of her friends gifted them to her for Christmas). She gets a ton of unnecessary, chintzy extras... But she also gets special editions with painted, sprayed, or artisan pages and alternate covers. I wouldn't get the subscription for myself, that's for sure 💰... But I wouldn't say no to a gift like that!
