@jcalexandre_writes I am an atheist and I also find this topic very interesting.
I think it’s true that there is no true non religious society past or present when defining religion as belief in the supernatural. This is because humans have always tried to come up with explanations for natural phenomena that they don’t understand.
On the other hand there have been countless societies throughout history that don’t practice any organized deity based religion.
