@MookyTroubadour Nope. For some reason my great great grandfather decided to call his son Vern. Three more followed but my brother would not name one of his sons that and it pissed off our grandfather (Vern Jr.)
@John_Ripley well, I mean I’ve heard of Vern or Vernon. But Vem seems like a hosting snafu. Crazy. Sorry for your dad and brother having this kind of negative name association now (at least for the moment).
@MookyTroubadour It’s the kind of name you pair with the right voice and end up with a solid comedy movie career without the brutal training ground of stand up comedy.
