It is disconcerting that a member of congress, and the speaker of the House, doesn't know that non-citizens cannot vote in any election in the U.S. Even landed immigrants, who have not earned their green card, or U.S. citizenship, cannot vote. This also applies to illegal immigrants. Therefore, there is no need for Congress to work on a bill that is already a law. That would be a waste of time that could be spent on the funding bill for Ukraine and Israel.

Step 1- set up a PAC called something insipid like “Friends of American People for Swift Real Truth and The Future”
Step 2- run ads on all the MAGA places to “Stop the Illegal Foreigners from voting to undermine our Freedom! Only YOUR generous donation can keep us safe!”
Step 3- rake in heaps of dipshit cash. Live lavishly or whatever one does with vulgar amounts of dosh.
Step 4- (optional) if ever challenged, point out the existing law and then take credit.
