@MisterE
Gracious, it's been a while since I've seen you. Doin' alright. I think things are returning to a normal finally, so I'm looking forward to getting on with it. How about you?

@CherNohio Glad to hear things are returning to some state of normal.

I'm usually on late at night.

Doing OK here, thanks. I am plugging along on my TO-DO list, and get frequently reminded that I'm not the only customer with work in progress. PITA! 😁 .

@MisterE
I hear that! I've got home projects that need tending to. They will have to wait until spring now, but I've seen the traffic at the home improvement stores. Lots of contractors doing work still.

@CherNohio It's not bad. Just two things right now ( garage door repair and new water heater install - to be scheduled ). The other thing will be a new HVAC system done around 1st of May. First two will get done, and then I'm going to Scottsdale for a couple of weeks. Need the break.

@MisterE
It's always something when a homeowner. Garage door repairs, my least favorite thing. One of the springs broke while the Mister was undergoing chemo and I about lost it. Usually he and I replace them ourselves (have had to a couple times over the decades) but impossible this time. I had to call someone out to do it. Ugh, the cost was ridiculous but the only alternative I had at the time.

Scottsdale, It's been a very long time since I've been there. Great you're going.

@CherNohio It's replacing the two bottom panels on the garage door. The hangup ia that the HOA for my development has to approve the repair. They like to flex their egos a bit. Waste of time. The water heater will be done by a Lowes subcontractor. I'm on the second floor, so I'd like to get it done without incident
