@MisterE :) It has been busy for too long but there has been steady progress. Enjoyed the 4th. how about you?
@Museek Yeah. The three things are a new water heater installation, new HVAC system installation ( my friend Zach will do the install. It's what he does for a living ), and get the garage door repaired and maintained.
The vacation will happen after all that is done. Hopefully, there will be time spent up in the Superstition mountains.
