@TheNewsOwl There was a time that I was so depressed that I nearly became 1 of the 22 Veterans that die daily by suicide.
It was so dark that I knew the light at the end of the tunnel was the headlight from the oncoming train.
I sought help, that was about 10 years ago.
Anyone reading this, it is not weak to seek help. ❤️
