I love refried beans. My husband doesn't hate them, but they aren't his favorite.

For the past several years of our marriage, it's been an unspoken understanding of ours that I will "steal "the beans from his Mexican food leftovers at some point. He will even eat around them and leave the container in the fridge assuming that I will be back for them eventually.

In fact, he always gives me his tortillas too, if they're included with his meal.
Right now I am enjoying a breakfast of stolen beans and flour tortillas, and it's great.

My husband and I do similar things. He gets my mushrooms, beans, onions, strawberries, and any avocado substance. He usually leaves me his apples and grapes. Not exactly a balanced trade, but at least less is wasted. πŸ˜‚

@Agatha @LAHolloway I always get his mushrooms. He'll order them on a pizza then give them to me! LOL

@Mikethewander1 @LAHolloway

I hate trying to dissect my pizza before I can eat it. πŸ˜‚ (And why must everyone put peas in chicken pot pie?? I usually make my own, but sometimes I don't want to cook. So I always leave a giant mound of peas behind. πŸ˜‚)
