My first year in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest- it’s fabulous! However, this May is freezing my socks off! I also lost two plants that I set out on a protected back porch the second week of May!

@QueenOfEverything Sorry to about the plants! Don't know how that can happen in the PNW spring. This has actually been pretty hot recently for the region.
Today, May 21, is pretty cold, coldest it's been in the last month or so.
Regardless, glad you're up here. Srsly though, spring, summer, and early fall are WORTH. IT.
I agree- I even loved the Winter here… as long as I can work from home! My sunflowers are planted and it will be a great summer! 🌻🌻🌻
