best bet is Jack Smith appealing to a higher court that she is incompetent. and unnecessarily delaying the trial. WIth the latest delay with no hearing date you can only assume she has been corrupted and doesn't want a trial due to ethics violations and getting luxury vacations on the FedSoc dime
